✅ Ingredients: (glass size 200 ml)
3 eggs
a pinch of salt
180 grams sugar (1 cup)
180 g butter (10 tbsp)
200 g flour (1 cup + 1/4 cup)
50 grams cornstarch (3 tbsp)
10 g baking powder (2 tsp)
Juice of one lemon
Pudding:
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp cornstarch
Zest of a lemon
250 ml milk (1 cup + 1/4 cup)
Cook on medium power, stirring constantly, until boiling.
Add 40 g butter (2 tbsp).
1 tbsp lemon juice
Bake the cake in the oven at 180°C (360°F) for 40 minutes.
Baking dish 27x18 cm (10x7 inches)
