Leave in the fridge for 30 minutes

For strawberry jelly:
500g strawberries
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
2 tbsp lemon juice
9g (3 tsp) gelatine
60g (4 tbsp) water
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours

3 eggs
A pinch of salt
8g (1 tsp) vanilla sugar
90g (6 tbsp) sugar
80g (1/2 cup) flour
10g (1 tbsp) cornstarch
1/2 tsp baking powder
45g (3 tbsp) vegetable oil
Baking pan 24 cm
Bake for 25 minutes at 180 ℃ (356℉)

For strawberry jam:
600g (4 cups) strawberries
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
40g (4 tbsp) cornstarch
50g (1/5 cup) water

For cream:
600g (2.5 cups) cream cheese
300g (1.5 cups) cream 33% fat
100g (1/2 cup) sugar
300g (2 cups) strawberries
Leave the cake in the fridge for 4 hours

50g (1/4 cup) sugar

For 2 cream:
9g (3 tsp) gelatine
60g (4 tbsp) water
400g (2 cups) cream 33% fat
50g (1/4 cup) sugar
300g (2 cups) strawberries
Leave in the fridge for 1 hour

For jelly layer:
500g strawberries
1 packet of red jelly (100g)
400g (1.6 cups) boiling water
Leave in the fridge for 4 hours
