* 3g Yeast 酵母 1 tsp
* 60g Allpurpose flour 中筋面粉 5tbsp+1/2tbsp
1. Proofing for the first time for 12 hours, and proving to 2 times the size, with good cellulite
2. Second proofing for 4060 minutes
3. In a cold water pot, turn the water to medium heat and steam for 25 minutes
