1 egg
half a tea glass of yoghurt (60 g)
1 tea glass of water (125 ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder (4 g)
1 tablespoon of butter (40 g)
4 cups of flour (8 480 g)

to fry
2 cups of oil (400 ml)

for the sherbet
1.5 cups of sugar (255 g)
1 glass of water (200 ml)
