80g oat flakes.
300 ml warm water.

35g honey.

mix well.
340g flour.
I knead the dough.
I grease the bowl with oil.

Let rise in a warm place for another 60 minutes.
I oil my hands.
I also grease the dough mat with oil.
let rest for another 20 minutes.

I shape the bread.
lubricate with water.

Bake at 220°C for 25 minutes.
