10g baking powder.
1 teaspoon Italian herbs.
some turmeric.
35 g psyllium seeds.
Salt to taste.
100 g pumpkin seeds.
350 ml water.
30 ml olive oil.

Recipe 2:
250g lentils.
Water.
30 ml olive oil.
2 tablespoons rice flour.
2 tablespoons plantain seeds.
1 tablespoon ground coriander.
5g baking powder.
1 teaspoon turmeric.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
a handful of sunflower seeds.
a handful of sesame seeds.
