✔ longcooked oatmeal 1 cup.
✔ Egg 1 pc.
✔ Salt to taste.
✔ Sunflower seeds 1 tablespoon.
✔ 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds.
✔ Kefir or yoghurt 200 ml.
✔ 1 teaspoon soda.
✔ Apple cider vinegar 0.5 tablespoons.
Baking temperature 180* C
Bake time 3035 minutes.

Calories 199.00 kcal.
Protein 8.64g.
fat 9.76 g.
carbohydrate 18.54 g.
