This recipe for Cabbage Rolls is a hearty mixture of ground beef, rice, onions, and spices rolled up in cabbage leaves.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. Water
1 Head of Cabbage
Filling:
2 lbs. Ground Beef (or a Combination of 1 lb. Gr. Beef and 1 lb. Gr. Sausage or Turkey)
1 to 1 1/2 t. Salt
1/2 t. Dill
1/2 t. Pepper
1/8 t. Ground Thyme
2 T. Parsley
1 Medium Onion, Onion
1 T. Garlic, Minced
1 c. Rice, Cooked
2 eggs, beaten
1 t. Worcestershire Sauce
