1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 large egg
SAUCE
8 oz can tomato sauce
2 cups low sodium beef broth
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp granulated onion powder
1/4 tsp granulated garlic powder
