In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie, Luke travels to Odensburg, WI to explore Wagyu beef cattle at Drath Family Farm. In 2013 the Drath family turned their 3rd generation dairy farm into a 100% Wagyu Beef operation. Wagyu beef is some of the highest quality in the world and their cattle’s DNA can be traced back to Japan. After spending time of the farm, we head into the city and meet up with Chef Todd Leech of Rare Steakhouse and get a lesson on the proper way to prepare Wagyu steak.
