100 grams of butter, fat content at least 82.5%. 370 ml milk. Place the pan on the fire. Melt the butter completely. This takes about 3 minutes. Beat continuously with a mixer for 5 minutes. Then strain the milk through a sieve. And pour the milk into the pan again. Put it back on the fire. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar. 1 lemon. Roll out well until it becomes soft. Then squeeze out the lemon juice. When the milk is almost boiling, add 12 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix well and turn off the heat. Cover with a lid and let rest for 10 minutes. Prepare a cup and a strainer. Cover with cling film. Leave on for a few hours. Time is up. It turns out to be a very tasty cream cheese. Bon appetit ❤.
