Delicious and bursting with flavor! | Crispy Deep-fried Radish Meatballs (萝卜丸子)

My recipe uses daikon radish and pork as the main ingredients, supplemented with carrots, cilantro, green onions, ginger. No flour, but whole wheat bread crumbs and mung bean starch instead. The fried meatballs are crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, delicious, and bursting with flavor!
Meatballs are a musthave food for many Lunar New Year celebrations. They herald communion and reunion. I wish everyone a joyous and prosperous Year of the Tiger!

Ingredients:
500g pork 猪肉
700g daikon radish 白萝卜
1 carrot 胡萝卜
70g sweet potato vermicelli 红薯粉丝
2 slices whole wheat bread 全麦面包
15g green onion 葱末
20g cilantro 香菜
15g ginger 姜
1 egg 鸡蛋
1/4 tsp baking soda 小苏打
1/2 cup mung bean starch 绿豆淀粉
Salt 盐
White pepper 白胡椒粉
Sichuan pepper 花椒粉
Soy sauce 酱油
Cooking wine 料酒
Oyster sauce 蚝油
Sesame oil 香油
