Cool recipe for apple pancakes with yogurt! sugar free flour free
Perfect breakfast! Highly recommended!
Instead of oat flakes you can also use coconut flour, but of course in a much smaller amount (see consistency).
Ingredients (1 cup=200 ml):
✔ 1 cup oatmeal.
✔ 200g yoghurt.
✔ 2 eggs.
✔1 teaspoon of baking soda.
✔ 2 apples.
✔ Zest of half a lemon.
Total per 100 grams:
Calories 105.23 kcal.
Protein 4.78g.
fat 3.44 g.
Carbohydrate 13.20 g.
