Easy yogurt cake. 3 Ingredients recipe

Today's recipe is a yogurt cake! I love how easy to make is this 3 ingredient cake. You'll need yogurt, eggs, cornstarch (yes! no flour and no sugar added!) and five minutes to prepare this yummy cake. You'll get a moist and tender consistency, similar to cheese cake.

Yogurt Cake Ingredients:
400 g sweetened yogurt.
4 eggs.
40g cornstarch.

Tips: If you're using plain yogurt, add sweetness into it, like maple syrup or agave syrup (about 3 tablespoons) or any kind sweetness you have at home.

Use 16cm round baking pan. Add some drops of water.
Bake at 180°C/350°F for 5060 minutes.
Cool down and put in the fridge for 2 hours.
