Not surprisingly, this is one of my alltime favorite recipes. Creamy cream, delicate cakes. Everyone loves this recipe and is very happy when I make it for the whole family. I often do this for friends and family because they love it. Very easy to do for everyone. Just follow the simple steps and voila, the delicious cake is ready and everyone is happy. Try this easy and delicious recipe and leave me a comment in the "How do you like it?" Good day friends!
Recipe and ingredients:
2 eggs.
150 grams of sugar.
60 g of corn starch.
mix everything well.
500ml milk.
Brew the cream thickly over medium heat while stirring constantly.
let the cream cool down.
100ml of water.
100ml milk.
a pinch of salt.
80g butter.
Once the butter has melted, add 120g flour.
mix everything well.
Cook the dough for 12 minutes while stirring constantly.
Let the mixture cool down a bit.
Add 3 eggs one by one.
Cake pan 20cm.
Halve the dough.
Bake for 1015 minutes at 200 °C
Beat 160 g butter (room temperature) until fluffy.
Vanillin.
Gradually add the cooled cream.
The temperature of cream and butter must be the same.
Collect cakes.
Refrigerate to stabilize the cream for at least 3 hours.

Once the butter has melted, add 67 tbsp of flour.
mix everything well.
Cook the dough for 12 minutes while stirring constantly.
Let the mixture cool down a bit.
Add 3 eggs one by one.
Baking pan 8 inch.
Halve the dough.
1015 minutes at 395 F . to bake
Beat 8 tablespoons of butter (room temperature) until foamy.
Vanillin.
Gradually add the cooled cream.
The temperature of cream and butter must be the same.
Collect cakes.
Refrigerate to stabilize the cream for at least 3 hours.
