手抓饼 葱抓饼 葱油饼 葱花饼其实都大同小异。通过发面或者是烫面的手法使得手抓饼软化而后加入葱油吃起来香味无比。再加上葱油饼的繁多层次操作起来非常有趣。
配方
中筋面粉两杯
酵母1/2大勺
盐 1/4 小勺
油 1大勺
室温水3/4杯+2大勺

葱三根
面粉1/4杯
盐 1/4小勺
油 1/2杯

Ingredients:
all purpose flour 2 cups
dry yeast 1/2 tablespoon
salt 1/4 teaspoon
oil 1 tablespoon
room temperature water 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons

green onion 3
all purpose flour 1/4 cup
salt 1/4 teaspoon
oil 1/2 cup
