[Without Oven] Sweet Potato Cheese Bun Recipe :: Fermentation for only 20 minutes

I made sweet potato bun with a frying pan without an oven.
You can feel the moisture of the sweet potato by making the bread thin.
The taste becomes even more savory when combined with mozzarella cheese.

*** Weighing is scale (g), rice spoon (tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp).

[4 pieces]
✤ Bread Dough
150g Bread flour (1cup)
100ml Milk
20g (2tbsp) Room temperature unsalted butter
10g (1tbsp) Sugar
2g (0.5tsp) Salt
3g (1tsp) Instant dry yeast

✤ filling
200g Sweet potato
10g (1tbsp) Room temperature unsalted butter
10g (1tbsp) Sugar
70g (9tbsp) Milk
Mozzarella Cheese (optional)

✤ Topping (optional)
A little water or cooking oil
Black sesame seeds


✤ TIP
Since the moisture content is different depending on the type of sweet potato, the amount of milk may vary.
If the frying pan is thin or the stove is high on heat, bake for 3 to 4 minutes, turn off the heat, cool the pan a little, and turn on the heat again 23 times to cook well without burning.
When baking in the oven or air fryer, grease with eggs or milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake at 170℃(338℉) for 20~25 minutes. Set the air fryer to 10 degrees lower.
