The freshly baked, fluffy bread is incomparably delicious compared to the one bought at the bakery.
How delicious it is to tear a piece of soft bread with your hands.
I even drizzled it with sweet condensed milk butter sauce and it was fantastic.


*** Measurements are on a scale (g), rice spoon (Tbsp), and teaspoon (tsp) (not a measuring spoon)

[19cm(7inch) Round frame]
✤ Dough
200g Brad flour (allpurpose flour available)
80ml Warm milk
54g, 1 Room temperature egg
20g(2Tbsp) Sugar
20g(2Tbsp) Condensed milk
3g(1tsp) Salt
4g(1.5tsp) Instant dry yeast
30g Room temperature unsalted butter

✤ Toppings
20g (3Tbsp) Melted unsalted butter
40g (4Tbsp) Condensed milk

✤ TIP
The amount of dough in the video is larger than the recipe. There was leftover dough, so I shortened it and wrote it down.
Fermentation can be done by immersing the dough bowl in a pot of warm water (human body temperature).
(Change the water when it cools down)
