1 cup oat flour ~12oz rolled oats, blended
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp cane sugar
3 tbsp unpacked brown sugar
45 tbsp unsweetened plant milk
2 tbsp peanut butter
1.5 tbsp cocoa powder
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup chocolate chips optional
