During the past month from Christmas to Chinese New Year vacation, I have been binge eating and drinking and I gained some weight. So I started a diet that is hard to reband with a P F C balance using chicken breasts I bought at Costco, and I'm sharing the recipe with you today. Chicken breast is a great food for dieting, especially because it is high in protein, low in fat, and inexpensive. However, depending on how you cook it, the meat can become tough, and if you don't know how to arrange the dish, it can become boring.This time I made about 8 chicken hams in batches as soon as I bought them. Next week, I will introduce a different recipe using the frozen portion, so please look forward to it. By the way, the chicken breasts I bought this time were defrosted (maybe because of the Chinese New Year vacation. (This may have been due to the Chinese New Year holiday; usually they sell refrigerated meat.) Refreezing will reduce the quality, so I had no choice but to make all of the chicken ham at once. However, if you make it all at once and freeze it, you can just thaw it and eat it right away, so on days when you don't want to make lunch, you can put it straight into an airtight bag and take it with you for easy eating at your office seat.
