Embún is a small town located at the entrance to the #Hecho valley in the #Aragonese Pyrenees. In the spring of 1997, Antonio and Manolo met in the orchard to dedicate a small plot to the #cropping of "#boliches". There we were able to document the entire traditional process of this crop, from sowing to selecting the bowls. #Documentary film
