In Navarrés (Valencia) the traditional oil mill was still preserved, modernized in 1911 by the grandfather of Eduardo Sanz, its current owner. In 1999 we had the opportunity to learn about the entire process of traditionally obtaining oil from the manual harvesting of the olives.
