Custom jeep setup with York air compressor and using stock belt tensioner. Rig the belt tensioner to it's most unloaded maximum opened position from underneith. Careful not to make a mouse trap that will slip off easily crushing your fingers and damaging the tensioner. Grab an old or spare pulley the same size as the last pulley to put the belt on to use as a jig. Position the new belt best you can to it's running position and hold the new belt in the grooves of the nearest pulley. Next rub on a thin flim of dish soap to act as a lubricant. Get that spare pulley and hold firmly with the other hand as you put your weight into it to line up the pulleys. At this point the new belt will easily slide over. Waalaa. Be Happy!
