Return it. Order the belt that comes in the Volvo wrapper and it is a perfect fit.
Belt 6PK 1748 fits better. Not as tight. (4060685) Really doesn't make sense to me why a belt that is suppose to be shorter fit easier. The right belt should be 1752mm, 69 inches.
