Crockpot Ribs


Ingredients:

Any type of Ribs
Rub of your choice
BBQ Sauce(Pearson’s Premium Gourmet Sauce)
Liquid smoke (Optional) 1 TSP
Beef broth or water 1 TBS

Directions:

Clean and Pat ribs dry
Remove the membrane and any excess fat
Season both sides with rub
Stand Ribs up in crockpot meat side on the Pot

Total Slow Cooker cook time 3.5 Hours
Cook on High for 2.5 Hours
Remove lid and cover in BBQ Sauce

Cover and Cook for 1 additional hour

Remove Ribs add more BBQ SAUCE and broil for 23 mins
