1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup buttermilk
3 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp msg
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp white vinegar
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped dill
1/4 cup chopped chives
