2 tsp garlic powder
15 button mushrooms
1 yellow onion
8 sprigs of stripped thyme
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3/4 cup (177 ml) dry white wine
1 1/2 cup (354 ml) beef stock
1/41/2 cup (60120 ml) heavy cream (depending on your personal preference)
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
a dash of Worcestershire sauce
garnish with a dollop of sour cream and fresh parsley leaves
