Steamed Glutinous Rice With Chicken 糯米鸡-马来西亚最传统的糯米鸡,用碗蒸煮的做法。

糯米鸡是大马华人最喜欢的早餐茶点
糯米鸡不管是在点心店还是街头港尾的华人茶室都能轻易被找到。
糯米鸡做法是由广东籍先辈带到马来西亚却完好的保留了用碗蒸煮的做法
馅料也保留了鸡肉腊肠冬菇鸡蛋猪肉。

配料: Ingredients:
两个鸡腿 2 chicken drumsticks
10片猪肉 10 slices of pork
10朵香菇 10 mushrooms
10片鸡蛋 10 slices of eggs
10片 腊肠 10 slices sausage
1茶匙鹽 1 tsp salt
1 茶匙绍兴酒 1 tsp seasoning wine
1湯匙蚝油 1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 茶匙酱油 1 tsp soy sauce
1汤匙 芝麻油 1 tbsp sesame old
1茶匙油 1 tsp Oil
1 茶匙黑酱油 1 tsp black soy sauce
1 茶匙蔗糖 1 tsp Sucrose
少许胡椒粉 dash of white pepper

糯米调味料: Seasoning for glutinous
600克 糯米 600 g glutinous rice
1茶匙鹽 1 tsp salt
1 湯匙酱油 1 tbsp soy sauce
1茶匙 芝麻油 1 tsp sesame old
½ 茶匙胡椒粉 ½ tsp white pepper
½ 茶匙蔗糖 ½ tsp Sucrose
1 茶匙黑酱油 1 tsp black soy sauce
3 湯匙猪油 3 tbsp lard / oil
