On February 20, 2024 Rescue 13 was dispatched for a MVA reported with entrapment on Interstate 64. A head accident after a drive was driving EB in the WB lanes. Command advised of no entrapment shortly after responding. Units from Goshen First Aid Crew, Goshen Vol Fire Department, Kerrs Creek Vol Fire EMS, Lexington Fire Rescue & Rockbridge County Fire Rescue responded. A total of 2 engines, 4 ambulances, 1 squad, RBSO & VSP. Rescue 13 units were cancelled prior to our arrival.

The Goshen First Aid Crew is 100% Volunteer EMS agency located in Goshen, VA. The only 100% volunteer EMS transport agency left in Rockbridge County, VA. Providing EMS & Technical Rescue Services to the community of Goshen and surrounding areas. We have two ALS ambulances & one Rescue Truck. We will be adding a EMS/Command car in near future.
