The Goshen First Aid Crew is a 100% volunteer EMS agency located in Rockbridge County, VA. Providing Emergency & technical Rescue Services to Goshen, VA and surrounding areas. We run out of one station covering 86 Square Miles. Our apparatus includes 2 ALS ambulances & 1 Rescue Truck. We will be adding an EMS/Command Vehicle in the near future.
