Question of the Day: Is it illegal to sell officially licensed material on eBay when purchased from an officially licensed dealer? I have an opportunity to purchase a large number of items at a discount but worry about the legal ramifications of doing this if it's not allowed.
As long as there’s no issue of counterfeiting, you can sell licensed items on eBay so long as they don’t violate eBay’s terms of service. It’s similar to people who purchase items at thrift stores and resell them on eBay.
If legal questions were easy, we wouldn’t need lawyers.
