Rebounding for Better Health: My Experience Product Review u0026 Comparisons

Life & DIY

My thoughts & experiences of my first two weeks rebounding on a minitrampoline. Plus a thorough review of my Acon rebounder, comparing it to another popular product, Leaps and Rebounds. I also compare the Acon's bounce to the Bellicon's bounce! This video should cover a lot of things you should think about before buying a rebounder, in addition to sharing my personal experiences. In addition, rebounding is for people of all ages and fitness levels. I talk more about that near the end of the video. If you have any questions, please let me know!

I also posted a video on research on rebounding, for people of all ages and all fitness levels! I shared research study results for rebounding, including the infamous NASA study from 1980 where they compare rebounding to running on a treadmill. Study links are down below.

MY REBOUNDER⤵
The product I got is the 44 inch rebounder by the brand Acon. Also if you purchase from them, they have a newsletter signup form and you can get $50 off. They shipped it to me so fast and I got it within 34 days! https://us.acon24.com/products/aconf....

ANOTHER REBOUNDER THAT'S 1/2 THE PRICE⤵
Since creating this video, I have discovered another rebounder that might be a good option for people and it's half the price of the one I bought. It's by the brand BCan https://amzn.to/3I0iKuL and I am not sure how I missed this when I was doing research. I can't fully vouch for it as I haven't used it, but I still wanted to share some specs and details.

This one stands out because it's foldable, it uses bungees, it weights 22 lbs, (the Acon is 30 lbs, the Leeps & Rebounds is 14 lbs), and it has a really large supportive bar included in the cost (the 48 UTrampoline) if you buy that one.

It has a weight limit that is really high at 550 lbs. The only thing I'm wondering about is how soft and comfortable the bounce is. It sounds like a great price, as it's about $150+/.

Some of the Amazon reviews said it was difficult to put together. I totally forgot to mention in this video that mine was not very difficult to attach the bungees. It took a bit of effort but I wouldn't consider it difficult.

Please check out my website: https://www.lifeanddiy.com for even more content. I just revamped my site and I will be posting more details about my rebounding experience there. Holly
