Glutinous rice pancake with different fillings is a very popular snack or dessert in China, you can make it with red bean paste, purple sweet potato paste, chestnut paste or any other kind filling you like. It's soft and chewy texture with the sweet fillings are well combined together.

Ingredients:
200g Purple sweet potato, steamed
20g whipping cream
180g glutinous rice flour
20g all purpose flour
160g warm water, about 50℃

用料
200克紫薯蒸熟
20克淡奶油
180克糯米粉
20克中筋面粉
160毫升50度左右的温水
如果喜欢甜口的可以在做紫薯馅时加一勺糖。
