最近很火的软皮绿豆饼确实好吃制作非常简单比传统绿豆酥容易多了。不用开酥不用炒馅省力省时少油少糖属于比较健康的一款点心适合全家老少享用。

Ingredients 所需食材:
for mung bean paste 绿豆馅:
1 cup (200 g) mung beans 绿豆
1 tbsp (15 g ) butter(optional) 黄油可选
3 tbsp (40 g) sugar糖
30 g dried cranberries or raisins (optional) 蔓越莓或葡萄干可选
for dough面团:
1+1/3 cup (200 g) allpurpose flour 普通面粉
1/2 tsp (1.5 g) active dry yeast 干酵母
1.5 tbsp (20 g) sugar 糖
100 g milk or water牛奶或水
3 tbsp+2 tsp (50 g) vegetable oil 无味植物油
180°C350F/ 1520 minutes
180度烤1518分钟
