I thought I had my meal all planned out, but the warmer weather changed my mind ... lol Instead of Spicy Cabbage Soup, I decided to make ** Chicken Taco Bake ** I have made a recipe similar to this before, but different. I kinda made it up as I went ;) and it turned out DELICIOUS! Maybe you have made something similar. If so, let me know in comments.
