We went undercover to investigate how networks of real estate agents, mortgage brokers and bank employees are perpetrating mortgage fraud for a fee, and securing their own commissions by submitting forged documents for approval. Some Canadians may have no idea they’re taking part in this fraud, which is leaving some of this country’s most vulnerable people — and their greatest investments — at risk.
