500g (1.1lbs) Egg Noodles (Chow Mein Noodles), Dried or Fresh
1/2 Cup (125ml) Noodle Water (Optional)
2 Tbsp (40ml) Peanut Oil
600g (1.3lbs) Chicken Thigh, Diced
4 Garlic Cloves, Finely Chopped
150g (7oz) Chinese Wombok Cabbage, Shredded
1 Bunch Bok Choy, Roughly Chopped
2 Carrots, Julienned
