2 Tbsp (40ml) Shaoxing Wine
12g (0.4oz) Granulated Sugar
Ground White Pepper To Taste
Chicken, Vegetables & Noodles
2 Tbsp (40ml) Peanut Oil
350g (12.3oz) Chicken Thigh, Thinly Sliced
100g (3.5oz) Swiss or Chestnut Mushrooms, Thinly Sliced
