2 Cups of Lentils
4 tablespoons of grated beets
1 teaspoon salt
1 onion
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Allspice
1/2 Cup of Sweet Potato
1 cup of flour
250 ml measuring cup.
