INGREDIENTS
My measuring cup is 250ml ââ
1 Cup of Chickpeas
1/2 Cup of Brown Rice
1/4 Purple Onion
1 Tablespoon of Beetroot
1 clove of garlic
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 teaspoon of salt
2 Tablespoons of Cassava Starch
2 Tablespoons of Oat Flour or rice flour
