Kulfi Falooda is a popular summer time treat. Often we like to go out and enjoy kulfi falooda as kulfi falooda is one of the most popular Indian Desserts in the summers.
But did you know that you can make kulfi falooda at home that is as good as the one you buy!

I have also shared with you how to make Falooda sev at home. This falooda recipe does not require any machine! You can easily make Faluda with the help of a piping bag or a plastic bottle!

Kulfi
Preparation Time: 15 minutes + Freezing time
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Serves: 78

Ingredients:
2 litre Milk
2 tbsp corn flour
2 bread slices
2 tbsp chopped pistachios
2 tbsp chopped cashew nuts
2 tbsp chopped almonds
1 pinch Saffron
1 tsp cardamom powder
1 cup Sugar
For Falooda:
1/2 cup corn flour
1 ½ cup water
Ice

Method:
Bring the milk to a boil in a large wide pan. when the milk reduces to half, add the saffron, corn flour dissolved in 2 tbsp milk. Stir continuously.
Make a fine crumb of the bread slices. Add to the milk. As the milk reduces and thickens, add the sugar. Cook for 34 minutes. Add the chopped dry fruits and remove from heat.
Fill in kulfi moulds and set in the freezer for 78 hours.
Mix ½ cup corn flour with 1 ½ cup water.
Keep ice water ready on one hand.
Prepare the piping bag and the bottle (if using). Make 3 holes in the bottle cap.
Bring the corn flour mixture to a boil, stirring continuously. Keep stirring and cooking over low heat till the mixture turns transparent and comes together.
Immediately fill in the piping bag and pipe out over ice water to make falooda.
Serve kulfi with falooda.
