Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Prawn, remove shell and cut smaller
2. Cooked white rice (2 bowls)
3. Ikan bilis 78pcs (washed)
4. Ikan bilis ~10pcs (washed) for fry
5. Garlic 1clove
6. Shallot 1clove
7. Green chilli padi 3pcs
8. Red chilli padi 1pc
9. Belacan little
10. Kang Kong (water spinach)
11. Egg 1pc

Seasoning
1. Salt little

Method
1. Pound the ikan bilis, then followed by garlic, shallots, green and red chilli padi. Then add in belacan and pound. Mix well and set aside
2. Heat wok with little oil. Stir fry the ikan bilis till golden brown and set aside
3. Stir fry the egg using the same oil and set aside
4. Add little oil and add in the pounded ingredients (step 1) and stir fry under low heat till aromatic and colour turns darker.
5. Add in cooked rice and mix together under low heat. Add in salt and continue to stir fry under high heat till aromatic
6. Add in egg, Kang Kong and prawns and continue to stir fry. May add little water if too dry. Continue to stir fry.
7. Place on a plate with banana leaf. Garnish with fried ikan bilis.
8. Serve and enjoy!
