材料
米粉 大约60克
咸蛋 2 粒
鸡蛋 1粒
小辣椒 1条 可以不放
咖喱叶 适量
蒜米 1 粒
包菜 适量
萝卜 适量
虾仁 适量

Ingredients (Diana Aw)
1. Bee Hoon ~60g soak in water till soft, drain dry
2. Salted egg 2pcs
3. Egg 1pc
4. Chilli padi 1pc diced
5. Curry leaves 2stalks
6. Garlic 1clove minced
7. Cabbage appropriate amount cut slices
8. Carrots appropriate amount julienne
9. Prawn 3pcs remove shells and devein
10. Butter
11. Fragrant oil

Seasoning
1. Pepper
2. Fish sauce

Method
1. Steam the salted egg yolk for 12min, chopped to smaller pieces
2. Mix the egg with the salted egg white. Set aside
3. Saute the prawn and set aside
4. Fry the egg white and set aside
5. Stir fry the garlic till fragrant with little oil, add in carrot and cabbage and fry. Then add in bee hoon and fry till fragrant. Add in egg white and mix well. May add little water if too dry. Add prawns and stir fry. Add little fish sauce and mix well. Set aside
6. Add butter and fragrant oil and stir till butter has melted. Add in salted egg yolk and stir till bubbling. Then add curry leaves and chilli padi and stir till fragrant. Add back the bee hoon and mix well. Add pepper and mix
7. Serve and enjoy!
