We keep talking about Jobs To Be done Framework. Today we’re going to talk about three of the six JTBD Research steps:

1⃣ Define research goal. For starters, we have to find the goal of our research. What is it that we want to research and what we want to know as a result.
2⃣ Formulate job story hypotheses. On this step, we’ll need to define jobs based on our experience and the experience of our customers.
3⃣ Make interviews. Observing and gathering customer insights.
