200 ml warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon dry yeast
3 tablespoons oil (30 ml )
300_350 g wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg white
Intermediate materials:
2 boiled potatoes (300g)
15 g butter
150 g cooked spinach
a little salt and red pepper
