How to Walk and Run with Stenosis or Spondylolisthesis | Posture Correction

Core Balance Training

I had been diagnosed with moderate Stenosis at L4/L5, severe Stenosis at L5/S1, DDD at 3 levels, and multiple bulging discs. I was in the trenches of the medical system. I had learned about the importance of the pubic bone from a martial artist, and decided to go for a long walk. This strategy allowed me (and my diagnoses) to complete a 500 mile trek, helping me begin my ascent out of the back pain cycle, and I'd like to share it with you.

These are my best tips for walking with stenosis and spondylolisthesis, as well as running with these conditions. Walking is one of the best exercises for back pain, but it does matter how you walk. You can even get back to running with stenosis or spondylolisthesis, as long as you follow the right strategy. With this strategy I was even able to get back to running.

In the video you'll learn:

✅ What is stenosis, the anatomy explained
✅ How to walk with Stenosis and Spondylolisthesis
