EEEK! Today we're chatting about my FAVE tool when it comes to intuitive eating... the HUNGER SCALE! The hunger fullness scales helps you to listen to your body to know when to start and stop eating. The hunger scales helps you with hunger directed eating, but I'm also going to talk about practical hunger in this video. I.E. Eating when you aren't hungry when using the hunger scale!
