Ingredients:
2 16 oz box of elbow noodles
2 quarts of whole milk
1/2 cup of all purpose flour
2 sticks of butter (1 for cheese sauce)
16 oz of velveeta cheese (for the cheese sauce)
16 oz monterey jack cheese
16 oz of mild cheddar cheese (for cheese sauce)
16 oz of sharp cheddar cheese
16 oz of mozzarella cheese (half for cheese sauce)
1 cup of sour cream
12 tablespoons of seasoning salt (to your liking)
black pepper (to your liking)

bake @ 350 for 3035 mins covered1015 mins uncovered
makes 2 9x13 inch pans
