Wondering why the diets you do never work? Or why some people seem to stay thin without paying attention to what they eat? It's all because of the healthy eating mindset. Before starting with any tips to become healthier or how to eat healthy, you need to be in a healthy mindset or else this will not work.
First, you need to get into a growth mindset.
You need to find your WHY, the reason that motivates you to be healthy.
You also need to create a healthy relationship with food. Food is both fuel and pleasure, and no one food is "good" or "bad".
It's also important not to aim for perfection. This can trigger the allornothing mentality which isn't healthy.
It's also crucial to remember that everyone has a different idea of what healthy eating should be. If you try to listen to everyone, it can become overwhelming.
