First, what is the French woman’s diet?
As you may have guessed, the main reason why French women don’t get fat lies in their diet!
It involves more whole foods, less processed foods, lots of fruit and vegetables, water, smaller portion sizes, less snacking, quality over quantity, and tastier more varied food!

What is the French way of eating?
I will be discussing good food education, teaching kids to like a lot of foods at a young age, mindful eating, no eating on the go, having family meals, and no calorie counting!

What is the French relationship with food?
I will talk about French women's healthier relationship with food, how they aren't obsessed with food, how they aren't obsessed with their weight, how French women are good at balancing and regulating their meals, and intuitive eating.

Finally, I will be talking about the French way of living, including physical activity and how French women enjoy taking care of themselves.
